Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Vases, cups, ceramics, and all fragile items

• Seasonal items

• Sale items

• Any product marked as “Final Sale” on its product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. We will review the issue and make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
